Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs are so much more than just shaved ice in a cup. Our freshly shaved, fluffy snow and 100% cane sugar, housemade syrups make this a treat that not only kids will love.

We have a variety of flavors from classic favorites to elevated creamy flavors and topping options to take your snow cone to the next level.

Our big blue catering truck is perfect for corporate events, school fundraisers, sporting events, birthday parties, church events, weddings, and any other gathering you can think up. We’d love to be there!

For smaller events, we also have our fully electric truck which can show up on site, operate with no noisy generator, and doesn’t produce any emissions. It’s Austin’s first zero-emission food truck and we’re really proud of it.
